When using Bank Transfer Option, send by e-mail at BGS@BGScongress.org your Company/Institution details and the name of the delegate. After the payment confirmation, we will issue you the Invoice in terms of 5 days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The registration fee applied will be based on the date of payment.

To be able to register as a Balkan Geophysical Society (BGS) member, you must be an active member of a BGS Associated Society.

To be able to register as a student, you must present valid proof of full-time enrolment.

Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before 25th of June, 2021 – 100% refund (excl. 30 euro bank fee)

Before 25th of July, 2021 – 50% refund (excl. 30 euro bank fee)

No refunds will be given after the 26th of July, 2021, or for no show-up.

Notifications of cancellations must be sent by email to bgs@bgscongress.org

CONFIRMATION LETTER

A letter of confirmation / payment receipt will be sent by email once the Congress Secretariat has received the fully completed registration form and the related payment.
